• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help inspire brand advocacy.
• Contact our customers on a daily basis to make sure they are happy with their experience, and then to help address any customer concerns along the way.
• Recognize happy customers and facilitate positive testimonials, reviews, and referrals.
• Follow through with any customer requests.
• Make sure customer satisfaction issues are escalated and addressed within our organization.
• Build trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Keep the internal team updated on customer perceptions and reactions to our people, products & services.
