Like you, we are all concerned about containment of the novel Corona Virus and we are doing what we need to to keep our customers and employees safe.

To more specifically answer some of your questions that we have received, I want to provide you with the following steps we are taking to protect our valued customers and our team mates.

Q. What is the Right Now policy regarding sick employees at work.
A. Our employees are under strict orders to report any illnesses as advised by authorities and to not report to work while sick, and then not to report to work until well after symptoms have ceased.

Q. Have your technicians been trained in Corona virus protocol.
A. Yes, for your protection, our Technicians are thoroughly trained on Corona virus protocol. Our Technicians are fully equipped with protective shoe covers, gloves, goggles, and even masks upon your request.

Q. What about “social distancing” during a service call?
A. During this time, our protocol is to facilitate limited contact while still providing excellent service. To that end our technicians and staff will provide to you details of our service by use of smartphone, audio, and other visual communications.
