Caleb showed up on time with a smile on his face! He went the extra mile. I live in a newer subdivision in Eagle. The water pressure into my home was at 95 psi when it needs to be 70. My water heater was leaking because of it. They installed a... pressure resistance valve and a main water line shut off valve that the builder “forgot” to install 4 years ago! My home is now updated and now it will be easy to shut off my main line without having to contact the water company to do it with their key. Caleb was done in about an hour and a half. 5/6/2022 - Ali did a great job! He was on time. Very polite and friendly. He was great about using a mask, booties AND GLOVES! (I didn't have to ask him to "suit-up" when he saw that I was wearing a mask, myself). He did his work quickly and... efficiently. He fixed 2 items on one furnace and 1 on a second furnace. Everything now works great!There was nothing to clean up after he left. He was careful to explain everything he did. We will continue to use Right Now at our personal home and rental properties. Raymond came out last night in response to my water main pipe leaking. He was just so nice - took him about 2 hrs to confirm the correct pipe leaking, then go and get the proper diameter pipe as he did not have it in his truck and complete the job.... Poor guy was covered in mud when he emerged from the crawl space but with a smile on his face, he told me that the job was finished.read more
