Right Now Heating and Air Gifts New Furnace to Idaho Air National Guard Family in Boise
At Right Now Heating and Air, giving back to our community isn’t just something we talk about—it’s something we live by. Recently, we were honored to gift a brand-new furnace to Heather Echols of Boise, a dedicated Family Programs Manager with the Idaho Air National Guard, whose service to military families embodies selflessness and resilience.
Supporting Those Who Support Our Military Families
Heather plays a critical role in supporting Idaho Air National Guard families, helping them navigate challenges related to deployment, benefits, and family support. During the recent government shutdown, Heather continued serving military families without pay, ensuring they had the resources and guidance they needed during an uncertain time.
Unfortunately, while she was focused on helping others, Heather faced a major hardship at home.
A Furnace Failure at the Worst Possible Time
As winter approached in Boise, Heather’s 20-year-old furnace failed, leaving her family without reliable heat. With colder temperatures setting in, the situation quickly became urgent. The Idaho Division of Veterans Services reached out to us, asking if we could help—and the answer was an immediate yes.
No family, especially one that gives so much back to our community and our country, should have to worry about staying warm in the winter.
Installing a New Furnace for a Warm, Safe Home
Last Monday, our expert technicians at Right Now Heating and Air installed a brand-new, energy-efficient furnace in Heather’s home. The installation ensures her family will stay warm, safe, and comfortable throughout the Idaho winter.
Heather shared her gratitude with us after the installation:
“I’m really just so grateful for everything, you guys are amazing. I’m not sure what we would have done otherwise.”
Hearing words like these reminds us why we do what we do.
Proud to Serve Boise and Give Back
We are incredibly proud to support local heroes, military families, and organizations that strengthen our community. Giving back is part of who we are at Right Now Heating and Air, and we’re grateful for opportunities to make a real difference right here in Boise, Idaho.
If you or someone you know is experiencing heating issues this winter, our team is here to help with reliable furnace repair, replacement, and installation—always with honesty, compassion, and expert service.
From all of us at Right Now Heating and Air, thank you, Heather, for everything you do for Idaho’s military families.
