Qualifications

• Positive personality while working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Motivated individual who enjoys engaging in conversations by phone
• Must be detailed oriented with strong phone skills

Responsibilities

• Interacting with our customers to insure we are providing the level of customer service our customers are accustomed to receiving
• Engaging in conversations by phone to visit with our customers to determine the customer’s level of satisfaction of the work performed by our field staff
• Guide the customer through the google review process for posting a google review
• Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job function
