Qualifications

• Positive personality while working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Must be detailed-oriented, self-supervised, and task-attentive
• Must have ability to communicate over the phone, coordinate and schedule appointments and field personnel, gather written information, enter information into various computer programs, and act as a customer liaison.
