Right Now Inc. a home improvement Company in the Treasure Valley has an opening for a full-time Customer Satisfaction Ambassador.
Qualifications
• Credible experience in customer-facing roles.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly and upbeat personality.
• A problem solver.
• High comfort level with web-based applications.
• Someone who understands the power and importance of social media.
• A great listener that can demonstrate interest and empathy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
• Help inspire brand advocacy.
• Contact our customers on a daily basis to make sure they are happy with their experience, and then to help address any customer concerns along the way.
• Recognize happy customers and facilitate positive testimonials, reviews, and referrals.
• Follow through with any customer requests.
• Make sure customer satisfaction issues are escalated and addressed within our organization.
• Build trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Keep the internal team updated on customer perceptions and reactions to our people, products & services.
