Qualifications

• Must have a positive personality while working in a team-oriented fast-paced environment
• No experience necessary
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations professionally
• Minimum lifting requirements of 45 pounds in order to carry sample kits into stores & events

Responsibilities

• Approaching retail customers in one of the nation’s largest home improvement store chains to offer service opportunities for home heating and air conditioning service.
• Assisting customers through the store aisles and scheduling appointments
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Follow Company directed scripting and lead setting protocol to ensure a great customer experience
• Attend weekly field marketing meetings
